Please note that we do not have Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Corporation Documents, or other documents that are maintained by the Champaign County Clerk. Requests for these records should be directed to the Champaign County Clerk. Please note that you do not have access to cases that are impounded or sealed without a court order. That includes such cases as Adoptions, Juvenile Abuse & Neglect cases, and certain Eviction cases filed on or after March 1, 2020.
