Financial Reports

Every year, the Champaign County Circuit Clerk’s Office is required to produce an annual statement detailing all court fines and fees collected the previous year, called Report J. This statement is sent to the Administrative Office of the Illinois Supreme Court, and is used to produce the Annual Report of Illinois Courts. While this document gives great insight into statewide trends, it does not provide as much detail at the local level as the statement produced by each county. In an effort to provide more transparency into the collection and disbursement of court related fines and fees in Champaign County, we have linked below the last 8 years of the reports produced and sent to the Administrative Office.
